Are you LGBTQI+, pan, ace, non-binary, questioning? Are you an ally? If you are at EPFL, no matter which EPFL body (teaching body, intermediate body, student body or administrative and technical body), join us for our monthly Queer Apéro!
Every last Thursday-Saturday of the month, starting at 7-8pm, we will meet in a bar in Lausanne to discuss freely over a drink, alcoholic or not. Attendance is in no way compulsory, and there is nothing expected - it's just about having a good time!
Join the community
Joining the community is easy:
- Send an email to queers-subscribe@listes.epfl.ch.
- You will receive a strange answer, just "reply" with another mail.
- Once validated by the moderation, you will receive a confirmation, and you can participate in the exchanges with queers@listes.epfl.ch.

With this email list, you will be able to discuss with the rest of the Queer community at EPFL, and be kept informed of future events and Queer Apéros.
Note: This list is absolutely not public, and your name will be kept safe. Moreover, to avoid abuse, the list is moderated. Emails should be delivered quite quickly, but you should avoid sending last minute information

Hello everyone, and welcome to the newcomers to our email list!
We will be holding our Queer Apéro on the last Saturday of this month, March 30th, starting at 8pm, at Le Saxo. The important information is below!
How to join us
Le Saxo is a gay bar near Saint-François, in Lausanne. The exact address is Rue de la Grotte 3, 1003 Lausanne, and you can easily get there either from the St-François bus station or the Lausanne Flon underground station. Here’s a Google Map link!
Look out for the Pride flags to find us. 🏳️🌈
Content and activities
For each aperitif, we’ll keep it simple; we will not regularly organise activities or presentations, but if you want to share a topic that is close to your heart, feel free to announce it via this list directly. Otherwise, the basic idea is to have a good time together!
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reply directly to this email. In the meantime, please pass the information on to your queer & ally friends!

Tu es LGBTQI+, pan, ace, non-binaire, en questionnement ? Tu es un·e·x allié·e·x ? Si tu es à l’EPFL, quelque soit le corps de l’EPFL (corps des enseignant·e·x·s, corps intermédiaire, corps des étudiant·e·x·s ou corps administratif et technique), rejoins-nous pour notre Apéro Queer mensuel !
Tous les derniers Jeudi-Samedi de chaque mois, à partir de 19h-20h, nous allons nous retrouver dans un bar de Lausanne pour discuter librement autour d’une boisson alcoolisée ou non. La présence n’est en rien obligatoire, et il n’y a rien d’attendu - il s’agit simplement de passer un bon moment !
Rejoindre la communauté
Pour rejoindre la communauté, rien de plus simple :
- Envoie un courrier électronique quelconque à queers-subscribe@listes.epfl.ch.
- Tu vas recevoir une réponse bizarre, il suffit de “répondre” avec de nouveau un courrier quelconque.
- Une fois validé·e·x par la modération, tu recevras une confirmation, et tu pourras participer aux échanges avec queers@listes.epfl.ch.

Nous rejoindre
Le Saxo est un bar gai près de Saint-François. L'adresse exacte est Rue de la Grotte 3, 1003 Lausanne, et vous pouvez facilement y accéder soit depuis l’arrêt métro Lausanne-Flon, soit depuis l’arrêt bus St-François. Voici un lien vers Google Map !

Contenu et activités
Pour chaque apéro, nous misons sur la simplicité. Ainsi, nous n’allons pas régulièrement organiser d’activités ou de présentations, mais si vous souhaitez partager un sujet qui vous tient à cœur, n’hésitez pas à l’annoncer via cette liste directement. Sinon, de base, l’idée est de passer un bon moment toustes ensemble !
