The perfect opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at EPFL

Whether you are passionate about science and engineering or just curious to see what goes on behind the scenes at EPFL,

To celebrate EPFL’s 50th anniversary, our school opened its house to 40’000 science and engineering enthusiasts on 14 and 15 September 2019.

This family-friendly event was free of charge and open to anyone with an interest in science – from children on up.

The theme was the future of technology. Visitors got an inside look at the cutting-edge initiatives being carried out across the school in the areas of innovation, research and education.

They were able to check out informative stands, attend talks on specific topics, take part in workshops and campus tours, play educational games and enjoy a host of other activities.
